How do I sign up for a membership?

You can sign up for a membership online (click the membership tab!). Or you can set up an appointment to join in person.

How do I cancel my membership?

ALL cancellations must be submitted to our email (stonepost@blushfitness.com). A 30 days notice is required. Cancellation fees may occur. Emails are answered in 1-3 business days, sending multiple emails will only complicate the cancellation process.

Memberships are NEVER cancelled without confirmation. After you send your email please be on the look out for a confirmation email.

Can I bring a guest?

We have a strict no outside guest policy to ensure the safety of our members. If an outside guest is brought in without notice a $50 fee will be charged onto your account. If you would like to bring a friend please contact us before hand and we will guide you through the steps to bring a guest.

What is Free Lady Friday?

Free Lady Friday allows you to bring a guest for FREE every Friday! This is the only day we allow guest to join you without prior notice. There is a sheet once you walk in (under the trainers bio’s) please have your guest scan the QR code and fill out the waiver. Then enjoy your workout session!

Will my membership auto-renew?

All memberships (unless you have a month to month) WILL auto-renew, unless we are told otherwise. 12 month agreements and paid in full memberships will renew to a month to month membership. To turn off auto-renewal please email or stop by our office, this must be done at least 7 days before renewal.

What is the difference between the enrollment fee and annual enhancement fee

Great questions! These fees often get confused. Our enrollment fee is a one time fee of $29 that you pay upon sign up. This helps get your account into our software and gets you set up with our app. Our annual enhancement is a $50 charge billed 60 days after enrollment, yearly. This helps us keep our rates lower, upgrade equipment and equipment repair. All members pay the annual fee unless you pay the year in full, then this fee is waived.
